Specs: N/A
my emachines t3958 tower was working fine when we got new pc, I unhooked it and it's just been sitting in the corner of the room collecting dust for about a yr or so. I offered to my friend last night and after hooking it all up at his place absolutely nothing happened when i pressed the power button. I mean nothing. I checked all the connections inside, and theres a little green light lit up on the motherboard. I don't think the MB is fried because it's honestly just been sitting here for forever. I only got inside it once to sell the extra ram and the suped up graphics card i installed in it. So do i need to get him a new power supply or a new power button, or what?

What happened to it before the 1st day, of the beginning of the year that it sat my question? Was it plugged into the AC power during that time? Did you have any AC power issues in the domicile (outages, voltage spikes, thunderstorms etc)?

Test the power supply, or have a shop test it (they may do it for free).

MOOOOooove! OH and you're welcome!
