| May be the PC fried, remove the battery and power adapter plug from the PC and press down the PC power button for 5 minute and later put battery to power it. If still not up connect power adapter to the DC port to see if it would comes up if not check if the battery is bad by test the PC with a battery pair if still not up check the adapter end with a multi-meter to test for AC power if supplied and up to the PC request if power is endured then face power troubleshooting on the PC by disassembling it and test the DC-IN port if okay through multi-meter with appropriate settings( AC and continuity) and in some PC you will see power LED lighting up on the PC. In case this is not showing then check the PC board for burn by physical looking and smelling. If still the same test powering components responsible for power such as resistor, capastor and so on and power IC. If resolved fine if not replace the PC board. Thanks.
