|Check that your CPU heat sink is properly locked down. Do not release it, but if it is not locked down solid, you will need to remove it, clean off all of the old thermal compound, and reapply it correctly.|
If not loose, try unplugging the hard drive and any accessories and see if you can boot to the BIOS set up screen. If you can, then check your temperatures there. While you are at it, check your Voltages as they are listed there, they need to be within 5% of their nominal voltages.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
