Specs: Windows XP
I have the model with only one Ctrl key which is located on the left side only.. After a recent accident, My ctrl button got broken and to get to the log on screen it says to press ctrl alt delete. I have tried everything from replacing the button with another, etc. the little rubber thing is also gone and there is really nothing left there.

So you're completely unable to get into windows? Keyboards can be remapped, but usually you need to be logged into windows as administrator.

Edit: Can you plug an external keyboard into that thing? Either ps/2 or usb?

Yes, completely unable to get into my windows log on screen . I guess it is a security feature for windows xp . Anything having to do with the Ctrl key doesnt work. Someone took their fist and smashed the lid down and it broke the screen and the control button. I plugged in an exterior monitor but cant figure out how to fix the control button.,

"Someone took their fist and smashed the lid down"

I would have took my fist and busted there grill. Anyway external USB keyboard should work. Try Goodwill or Salvation Army for a USB keyboard any kind of store like that where people donate usually $2.00 - $5.00.
