What processor are you running?
Your board takes: 72-pin SIMMS and or PC66, PC100, or PC133 DIMMs in either 64 MB or 128 MB sizes (the bigger memory slot)
My guess is you eather have incorrect momory, fried processor or improper jumper settings. tell me what kind of processor you have and ill tell you how the jumpers should be set.

JP6 Jumpers(CORE VOLTAGE)should be set at 3.3v
