What processor are you running?

Your board takes:
72-pin SIMMS and or
PC66, PC100, or PC133 DIMMs in either 64 MB or 128 MB sizes (the bigger memory slot)

My guess is you eather have incorrect momory, fried processor or improper jumper settings. tell me what kind of processor you have and ill tell you how the jumpers should be set.

OK your JP5 Jumper should be set like this

1 .o.o ^ that sets bus at 66mhz|

3 o.o. |

JP6 Jumpers(CORE VOLTAGE)should be set at 3.3v

2 .o...

.=PINS o=JUMPER

sorry i coulden draw it better. here is a easyer to read version and tells you where the pins are on the board.

http://m571.com/m571/jumpers.htm

so the CPU External clock should be at 66Mhz (JP5)

And the Voltage core should be at 3.3v (JP6)
