Solved my computer shuts off if I am not using it

Specs: Windows Vista
I turn my computer on and while I am using it, it works fine. If I leave it alone for more than a couple minutes the screen goes black. I have to manually shut it off and start it over again.

See power options.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

In power options you will find a few things that can power down when not in use, I suspect that you have two or more things set to power down at the same time frame, either turn off ('never') all except monitor, or change settings to more logical ones like Monitor after 10 minutes, hard drive after 20 minutes and others never.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
