Could be overheating. That's the most common cause of random shut downs.
If your PC boots up a little while after, it's most likely shut off because your CPU/GPU got too hot.
If it does boot up again, I'd suggest downloading CoreTemp, a piece of software that lets you view the temperatures.
Usually takes a few minutes or so before you can boot the PC again after an overheat.

SO TIME boot software of OS failured that's one problem
check for SMPS also failured

Like Loq said it is overheating causing the shut downs. From my personal experience the the BIOS chip can also overheat and if you using internal graphics the graphic chip built-into the mainboard can also cause problems. I had the same problem and installing a seperate graphic card did the trick.

Also check to see if you are getting enough power and it is not the PSU.
