My Computer restarts continuously

Specs: Windows 7, 3.0 GH'z / 2 GB

I Have a big problem, and please i need urgent help, cause i had important data on my pc i need them.
my pc started to restart suddenly from time to time, then restarts just before he login, and sometimes while in the boot screeen, randomly. and suddenly he stopped working i took it to hardware engineer and he said the motherboard is dead, and he changed it and he made a complete formate for the HD also, and then the pc works, but just for one day and then the problem retained, now i'm afraid from loosing another mainboard, and i need to login to take some important data, but i can't, just click the power button and in the boot screen restarts, i tried changing everything, the graphics card, the RAM, THE HD, But nothing,, i don't know what kind of problems that, also i'm familiar in PC's, but that's didn't help me
so pleeeeease help me !!!

If you can enter the BIOS & navigate around, find the "PC Health" menu or something similar. Check the CPU temperature. I don't know which CPU you have but a reasonable temp at idle is about 40C. If it's significantly higher & continually climbs as you're viewing the screen, there's a problem with the CPU heatsink installation.

Another possibility is a weak or overburdened power supply.

Can't be of much more help than that without knowing your complete system specs in detail.
