My computer keeps shuting down

When I turn my computer on, it comes up completly stays on for about 13 seconds and shuts down. It will not stay on. I have tried getting computer air and cleaning it and got a new battery for it, it still does thes same thing. Can you Help? Nancy at msladybug37@yahoo.com

Seen this many times before.
Sounds like a bad Power Supply or overheating ? With it being a dell i'm guessing you haven't tinkered with the insides so everything is probably seated correctly.
You said you have cleaned all the dust and grime away so i would now get a Power Supply and hook it up.
All should be well.
If unsure what to get let me know.
