My Computer Freezes every so often and the only way to unfreeze is a reboot is this a symptom of a damaged CPU?

Damaged CPU - not likely.
Faulty hard drive - maybe.
faulty RAM - maybe.

List your complete system specs along with the CPU, GPU, & motherboard temps. If you don't know, try running Speccy:

a power supply issue could also be the problem but we cant say that until u list ur system specs fully.
make sure to run memtest to test ur ram for any errors.
download speedfan monitor ur temps, and download malwarebytes scan for viruses delete what it finds
