Hello, my computer does not respond to the regular basis of turning on. Here is what I usually, and always do...
I turn the computer on (as usual) and wait for it to respond. The lights are turned on, the mouse works, the fans and engine are running, but the screen is just plain black.
I have searched for anomynous problems caused by this effect, and what other people have done to help but for a particular reason, it still doesn't work.
It all started when my younger sister turned the computer off by the power switch on the wall, not the computer's power button. I don't know if that is why it isn't working.
Please help me, I am still desperate to use the computer again, as we had only bought it about 3-5 years ago, and has not been used since.
