My compuer won't start up.

Hi there, I have been having problems with my computer when I got home, it starts up then shows this menu saying Windows has not started correctly, then when I chose Start Windows normally, it starts up, then a blue message pops up for a second about hardware problems, and restarts to protect my computer, then reboots itself and shows the same menu. Is it a virus or a bug? This happened last year aswell. Any help tips please? Thanks alot.
