Comment:

on vista - there is a icon in the down-right corner called "Safely remove driver". It is used for flash-card or memory storage card. There shown two of the drivers - cd and memory-flash, and i accidentally stopped cd-drive, and now it is off and won't open. Is there anyhow i can turn it back on?
