Mustek scanner help

I recently installed a Mustek 1200 III EP scanner. I downloaded the driver and it is 3.1/95/98 compatible. Next I downloaded a trial version of SmartDraw Photo. It is supposed to be Twain compatible. I open SmartDraw and choose the scanner. I select my scanner from Twain page and then I get to the page where I can select scan. I choose scan and the scanner operates but I never get any image of anykind. Help!

it could be a limitation of the eval copy of SmartDraw Photo. call um up and ask.

Maybe this is a newer driver than what you have.

Also, have you checked the settings in your scanning software?

Sometimes you have to do a prescan and change certain settings before you do the actual scan.

There is a manual included on the CD.
