Can I have more than one PCI video card on a single motherboard?

I have a server and want to connect 10-15 monitors, displaying different screens. I found a video card that supports 4 monitors.

Also XP pro only support up to 9 monitors I think. Any way around this? Other OS perhaps?

There is a company, Colorgraphic, which make up to 8 port video cords. Up to 16 monitors per system.
