Multiple partition problems

OS: XP Pro
CPU/Ram: 512 ddram

I have 2 partitions on my hardrive and i decided to make them whole again. But the problem is that when i try to erase teh extended partion it tells me that it cannot be erased while there are logical dos drive on it, and when i try to erase teh logical dos drives it tells me there are none. Help would be much obliged.

You may need something like Partition Magic for this one. XP Pro does some funny things with your partitions, all in the name of being able to restore your system in a crash. They use a hidden partition! That's probably why you are getting those messages. I gotta go offline for now, but good luck.

If you can afford to reload Windows or don't have Partition Magic, you get rid of the NTFS partitions and all the others as well with delpart.exe.Copy the program to a boot disk and run it from the A dos prompt.The program has a graphical interface making it easy to use.Download from:
