multi user mode

I can't open my simply accounting, it says it is in use & to open it in multi-user mode. How do I do that?

Suzie You are posting in the Hardware forum. Your problem is related to Office Software. There is a forum called Office Software. Can you tell us why you posted in this forum. Your answer will help improve the site. There are no wrong answers. In reference to your question. I do use Quickbooks but don't have a clue what the add on you have is about. Isn't there a help file included?
