OK, I just searched the MSI website & there's no mention of it, so my guess is it's an OEM board. I found a cross reference with IBM/Lenovo. The board is a socket 370 & based on the Intel 810 or 810E chipset but it does NOT have an onboard network chip so I can only guess that you have a separate network card. If that's the case, you need to find the drivers for the card, not the motherboard.
