Simply solution...uninstall MSI Dual Core Center & don't reinstall it.

Buy a slower fan then...lol.

Seriously, MSI Dual Core Center is garbage, get rid of it. If the CPU fan is running too fast, maybe your CPU is running too hot. Check your fan settings & your CPU temp under the H/W Monitor menu in the BIOS.

My CPU is running at 30C. everything is running really cool... but the fan is SUPER LOUD. and the only thing i can do in the bios is MONITOR things... i cant change any settings at all.. there is no voltage setting, no fan settings.. the target temp is on 51c so i dont understand :\ and i tried speedfan, but they dont have a config for my mobo, my mobo doesnt even come up on the list.. this is very very frustrating :(

If you're sure the CPU fan is the problem & not the chipset, video card, case fan or power supply, etc... you may have to buy an entirely new HSF. The stock fan is known to be loud.

yes its the problem, ive unplugged it and started up my comp, and there is almost zero noise at all, if theres a way to just lower fan speed that would be fine, i dont mind the temp going up a little bit... like i said its running at 29-30C
