I have a MSI 6114 V. 1.0 dual slot one motherboard, i installed Windows XP Pro and after install device manager says theres a problem with my USB. So i installed Windows 2000 Pro thinking my USB Controller doesnt work under xp and now i still get the same problem. This is what it says:
Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or BIOS update. (Code 35)
Ive tried changeing the driver to Standard/generic usb and still get the same. Ive checked the Bios plenty of time and USB is enabled, also enabled on the board. Ive tried changeing the ACPI jumper and still nothing.
Can someone please explain why im having problem with my USB controller
