MS-7168 MSI Manual needed

Specs: Windows XP Home, Athlon 64 2.2Ghz 2.00GB
I'm rebuilding my hubby's PC after the motherboard fried. I have a new motherboard...MSI MS-7168 but no manual. I've tried the Microstar site but the board isn't listed and I can't find the manual anywhere else.

Basically, I need to know where to plug the tower's power cables in (power switch, reset, HDD LED and power LED). The cables are:-

Red/White - HDD LED
Green/White - POWER LED
Orange/White - RESET SW
Blue/White - POWER SW

Anyone know where they go or where I can get the manual from please?

I have got some pins on the motherboard (2 rows of horizontal pins - 4 on top row, 5 on bottom) labeled HDD and RST (HDD LED and reset?) and think they may be the right ones for those cables but don't know whether the cables go in horizontally or vertically.

The next set of pins along is labeled JLPC1 (2 rows of horizontal pins - 4 then a gap and then 2 pins on the top row and 7 pins on the bottom row). Is this possibly where the POWER SW and POWER LED cables go? Again, I don't know which way round.

Help! Please :-)

I'm sure you googled it & probably came up with the same info that I did. The MS-7168 Core Orion appears to be an OEM board made by MSI for Packard Bell, HP, possibly others. It's based on the ATI RS480 (aka Xpress 200) chipset.

Here's two boards I found on the MSI site that are also based on the same chipset...maybe one of those manuals will be helpful:

Thanks for the info. I had actually found those sites before but didn't realise it was the same board! I managed to solve the problem I had anyway but will use the site for other reference and I need some drivers too so thank you :-)

Hubby's PC is now up and running, apart from a driver issue which is for a MultiMedia Audio controller, which we'll attempt to sort but would be grateful if anyone could point us in the right direction rather than me trawling through loads of websites looking for what I need!

We have a Creative Soundblaster Live card and have installed the drivers from the disc but still have the problem of a yellow question mark next to Multimedia Audio.

"still have the problem of a yellow question mark next to Multimedia Audio"

That's for the onboard audio. If you're not gonna use it, go into the BIOS & disable it.
