mp3 file have changed

haii guys.. my all mp3 file have been to changed to jpeg file.. i mean to say that the type of the file have been chaged. if i see the properties of mp3 file its showing as jpeg file. i dont know y.. can any one please help me..

Are you sure the last letters have changed, rather than association?

Association is how windows trys to open files based on last letters.(extension) It is easily changed.

If all files have for sure changed extension that is not good. No valid reason for that. You would need to change them back either one by one or maybe program that can do mass file rename.
