moved cpu and now not receiving power. Not the source. The computer has no power..no light..no fan moving.

You mean you moved your computer. The CPU is a chip on the motherboard, the big one with a fan and a heat sink on it.

Computers often fail to turn on after moving them especially if you have a cheapish case which is not a rigid as it should be. It causes flexing of the motherboard which causes connectors to come loose.

So the first thing to do is to take the lid of the computer and check all connections. Especially the main power cable that goes to the motherboard. Make sure it is well seated and that all other connections are seated. You may also need to reseat the memory modules.
