Specs: Windows XP Serive pack 3 , Quad core Intel 2.8GHZ
Out of nowhere , I am having weird issues with the mouse clicking. For instance, i wont be able to click on anything in the entire browser, but then , If i click on something in the taskbar, then go back to the open browser window, everything is click-able again. Then out of nowhere I cant click on anything again. I will then click on a minimized window in the taskbar again, it will restore, and everything in the original browser window will become clickable....again..... Does anybody know what would be causing this? Nearly everytime I go to a new window, I cant click on the screen unless i go down and click on something in the taskbar!!!!!!!!!

Does your mouse perform as expected when NOT on the internet? If so, you may need to purge your cookies and temp files. Windows has a built-in cleanup tool but I prefer Ccleaner slim. Get it at the link below.

A three word response from Tubes? How...bizarre. :-)

On topic, if you're using a wireless mouse, try moving the receiver closer. When my Microsoft mouse refuses to click certain parts of the screen, a roundhouse kick to the receiver usually fixes the problem for a few days.
