It seems that i clicked on a virus, and then my cursor started to jump everywhere. After that happend the left click stopped working but it works sometimes, and looks like something is blocking it.I ended up gettimg a new computer and the left click still wont work.I have a Logitech M-bj69 PS/2 mouse and was wondering if it had its own memmory.Where a virus can hide or something...I already deleted and reinstalled drivers,is there anything else i can do?

First thing to do is getting an antivirus and clean your system.

I'm not sure i understand but did you got a new PC and your old mouse is behaving the same on it too?? Then i recomand you to change the mouse, or mouse drivers at least :D

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice...

Virii and bacteria can be transmitted via a mouse. Your local grocer will stock a variety of products with which you can cleanse them.

A mouse contains a small circuit which converts your movements and clicks into serial data that the processor can understand. It is this circuit which has failed. Get a new mouse.

What if I have the same trouble with a touchpad on a laptop? Change the laptop or send it in for repair?
