Specs: Windows Vista
Keyboard works in Bios, but after load attempt, both keyboard and mouse are unresponsive.
Power supply went out on pc, replaced power supply; computer was up and running properly until the video card went out. Replaced video card, booted up "windows needs to be reactivated as new hardwware has been added". The mobo goes out. New mobo. Can not get past the reactivate screen, but have no mouse or keyboard at that point.

Ouch! Lots of problems.
As for the keyboard and mouse I am assuming that they are USB. If so you probablly have to enter Windows to have them set up. If you have PS2 input connections you could plug an old keyboard in to let you access Windows and then install your USB devices.

Makes no difference whether ps2 or usb. Today even having trouble even getting cd/dvd drive to work even though the bios recognized the drive. Have changed IDE cable to a new one, no difference. Tried to reinstall on a sata drive with the IDE drive with os on it unplugged, no difference. Checking memory sticks later, even possible to trying new memory sticks for it is a possibility my Mushkin memory is not a standard for the MSI Mobo. That would be the last thing to try before RMA ing the mobo back to have it replaced.
