I'm building a new computer and its been a while since I built the last one. I'm a little out of the loop on the best Mobo's around these days. I want one that supports P4's and RD-RAM. Which is the best?

I bought a mainboard sis 530 but it refuses to boot. Everything is onboard, but I tried to a graphic card to see if i'll see something on the screen, finally I recieved nothing, any beeps!

do u think, the mainboard can have a seriuous problem!

PS. send me all informations u may have about sis technology.
