Motherboard will not start

I tried over clocking my processor by changing the FSB to 200 mhz instead of 166. When i restarted my computer, the motherboard did not boot up. I tried clearing the CMOS, I took the little battery out of the motherboard and put it back in, hoping it would erase any memory of what happened and I even tried switching processors, but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Leave the battery out a little longer. It takes time for the information to decay even without power.
There should be a jumper on the motherboard to the same job in seconds. Consult your motherboard manual for its location.

did you make that change to 200 from 166 in one jump?
if so, that could be your problem...i have heard of the possibility of damage to hardware if you make such a huge increase in one step...did you even do some research on how to overclock?
