I'm considering upgrading my pc. The problem is I can't find out which motherboard is installed now. I'm hoping anyone knows a bit about Compaq computers, or knows where to find out more. It's a Compaq Presario 6245 EA desktop. I've contact Compaq and even they couldn't tell me!

Thanks in advance

Compaq's are proprietary and not designed for upgrading MoBo's/Cpu's

You would be better off with a non - branded PC..........
