How about a little background? Why did you replace the MOBO? Did you run a Repair Install of the OS after replacing the board?

I Googled that error and found these:

"So won’t you give this man his wings
What a shame
To have to beg you to see
We’re not all the same
What a shame" - Shinedown

That's what happens unless the motherboards are the same.

You can NOT simply replace a motherboard when using Winblows XP, or Vista. 3 out of 4 times the system will halt before the desktop.

Anytime you replace a motherboard, you will need to re-install winblows xp or crapista.

This was not the case back in the 9X days, but that was awhile ago, don't you know technology works less and less for the user as time goes? heh.
