Hey Everybody,

I'm going to be building a computer this summer and I was wondering if any of you could recommend a good site to buy motherboards and/or other hardware.

Please, only sites that you know from personal experience are QUALITY sites. With good service and RELIABLE hardware.

Maybe also, recommend a good motherboard.
I'm looking for something that can handle a 3.0 ghz pentium 4 with 1-2 gigs of DDR ram with an 8x agp expansion slot.

Thanks a lot!
DM

Again, I have to go with Intel. These boards were designed to run with the P4's and in my opinion you will not find a more stable combo. They are also very competitive in price with other high end MOBO's. This Intel OEM board for example would be a good choice, the retail version also comes with IDE and floppy cables.

D875PBZLK, Intel 875P Chipset 533/800 FSB, Hyper-Threading Technology Support, ATX, up to 4GB Dual Channel DDR400/PC3200 (ECC Supported), 1 AGP8X, 5 PCI, onboard Gigabit LAN, onboard Serial ATA, USB 2.0

BTW, I consider myself reliable :)
