Motherboard not recognizing Video

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, 3.2 GHz / 4095 MB
Hello im putting together a computer for a friend and this isnt the first time... but for some reason this computer is giving me a really hard time... everything is plugged in properly but when i go to turn it on i get no video input... like its not even seeing that my video cards are installed... ive tried even the on board video card and nothing... im completely stumped so if anybody can shed some like on this situation i would greatly appreciate it!

never mind i figured out the issue 2 of 4 ram cards were not sitting properly (haha thats what i get for letting somebody else install them) ohh well that problem is solved
