CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon 1GHz/SDRAM

Can anyone tell me where I can find a K7TM Pro Version 5.0(MS-6340 v5.0) motherboard? I have been looking all over for it and I can't find the thing. The closest thing I can find is the MS-6340M V5.0.

Sorry, I would preferably want that board with a CPU bundle(AMD Athlon 1GHz or higher). Any help would be appreciated.

I have an AMD Athlon 1GHz. Would it matter if it was changed to Duron? I don't want to buy it for nothing. WIll Duron be compatible with my system?

The link does say Duron and Athlon. I'd call them to make sure.

I was looking everywhere for it, I didn't think they existed.
