motherboard hangs after broken display

Specs: Windows xp, intel pentiun 4/3.06 ghz
my motherboard shows broken display during startup and hangs up.

unexpected display very unclear words is seen

is it due to damage of BIOS chip or any other how to solvt this problems ?

We know less about your system specs. Bad memory can cause the issue u have right now, if u have more than two sticks of memory try to use one or if u have another working mem use it.

i already tried this with new and single ram

i think there is problem on some chip on motherboard rather then RAM and BIOS

coult it be ? if it could then how to solve this

if u have a video card,remove it, enable the onboard memory, and try.
and are all the fans working?(cpu fan)
if this did not work then u have bad ram both of them. try other sticks
computers are a second home
