Soyo dragon platinum
any athalon board by Msi
any athalon board by asus
any athalon board by abit
ecs makes a good cheap board also id $$ is a concern.
i have used the soyo's a lot and have grown to like them i use to be a di hard abit user the n i swiched to asus and now soyo. i reacently built two systems with the msi kta series and was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the boards.

Abit, i just switched from Soyo anf FIC to Abit. The KR7-133 is the best board for the HC user, i think
