CPU/Ram: Pentium II 233/384MB
Manufacturer/Model: homebuilt :)
Comment:

Are there any drivers for the Monster Sound soundcard that run on Win2000 Pro? The soundcard itself works great on Win98SE, but Win2000 Pro doesn't seem to recognize it, and I can't find any drivers for it online either...

Don't know what type you have ...some are for 300 and others for 400 cards.

I checked it in AIDA16... It's neither. All it is just a Diamond Monster Sound card. If I tried, would the win95/98 drivers work?

If it's an actual card, take it out & look for a model number. If there is none, get the model number off the soundchip & use that to google up some Win2K drivers.

Nevermind. It turns out that the particular model that I have is completely incompatible with Win2K. I guess this means I'll have to wait for someone to write an open-source dirver for it...
