I have a Weseri 19" TFT monitor which I know through some poking about in the back is a Fujitsu based screen.

Originally I switched on the monitor and it comes on for a split second then goes completely black.

When I opened up the monitor I played about with the cable that links the main board to the split board for the 2 Cold Cathode Tubes and then when i put it back together it worked again for about 3 days before dying again, same thing appears for a split second whenever you turn it on then it goes off again.

Every time I pull it open and reseat the cable it works again, but then the next day it does the same thing.

I'm getting sick of pulling it apart, I don't think it is the cable now, I think it might be something I am pressing or tweaking when I am reseating the cable, can anyone help with any suggestions or anything else it might be?
