I am getting an error on my monitor. All of a sudden it will start flashing and a warning will come up saying "Out of range". It then says

HF 30 - 70 Khz
VF 47 - 160 Hz

23Khz 38Hz

Any ideas? Help appreciated

It looks like your are being told you have set your resolution (23Khz 38Hz) outside the range of your monitor which has specs:
HF 30 - 70 Khz
VF 47 - 160 Hz
Try going into safe mode at startup by hitting F8. You can change it to a safe range there. If not then you can try a rollback to a state where your resolution was OK. Go to the menu "Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance / See Also / System Restore" to do this.
BTW, what did you do to set it out of range?

That's just it - I am not sure how I managed to set it out of range! I have been having constant reboot issues with my PC and I am wondering if this is a related issue?
