I have a Monitor EPRO LIW1701 When switched on Green LED continously blinks but no video output comose out. Could that be a transitor? please let me know if it is any adea how to replace or the number of the transistor.

This has happened to me a lot in the past and usually as a result of installing a new video card or having ide cables not connected or connected completely wrong.

The monitor light blinking is a result of the monitor not getting a signal from the Video card.
Check that you video card is seated correctly. AGP cards can sometimes be dislodged if the locking screw is tightened down to tight. Check the cable is secured properly. If possible, connect the monitor to another computer to eliminates the monitor. It is usually down to a faulty video card. Drivers don't come into it at this stage.
Incorrect installation of IDE cables will just stop the POST in its tracks and prevent the video card from being initialised. correctly.
Unless you are an Electronics Engineer I would forget about replacing transistors, especially in the monitor.
