I have a View Sonic monitor and I wanted to know what is the best refresh rate to set it to. My old monitor would only support up to 85. When I looked in my properties now this one will go up to 120. Is that better for the eyes? Not sure if you go higher you could do damage to the monitor. I would appreciate your opinions on this. Thanks

It sure can do damage if you set it beyond it capability. Does it have a LIST ONLY MODES this monitor can display setting?
If not, you'll have to go on the WEB to ViewSonic web site and read about it for the settings, the too high ones and the optimal one.

thanks alot. I set mine to 100 for now. Figured right in between 85 and 120 should be perfect. Looks fine and I love the monitor. Thanks again
