Have just purchased a 1 x 19" Edge 10 W190(DVI) Widescreen TFT Monitor 5ms Black +DVI & speakers Model TW999. My question is should all monitors need drivers ? I have searched high and low but cannot find any drivers (usually .inf files I gather) for Edge Monitors. The picture is pretty poor with my Nvidia N7600GS/HTD/256 A graphics card. At the moment I am just using the default windows drivers. Can anyone please confirm/help please

Generally speaking monitors do not need drivers. The only drivers you need are for the video card.
All the monitors drivers is, and driver is a bit of a misnomer, is an .inf file that tells the video driver of the capabilities of the monitor like max resolution, max scan frequencies, etc. Unless the monitor has some unusual capabilities then the default .inf file should be sufficient. If an .inf file was required it should have come with the monitor.
Poor picture is a bit subjective. Check that you have configured the monitor correctly and that you have the video card configured for a DVI monitor and not a VGA monitor.
