Monitor Driver Uninstalled

Hey everyone...

My aunt lives in NY and I live in FL. I have helped her with many issues before. She is very.... untechish.

The issue is that her monitor screen goes to standby after BIOS loading. She said that her daughter was uninstalling programs when it happened, so I think she uninstalled the monitor driver. She can get into BIOS, but once she gets past that the screen blanks.

Is there a way to system restore, and get her dirvers back

ALSO: She can't get into the "F8" windows screen.

Loss of a monitor driver or even the video driver should not cause a blank screen.

Any other solutions?
She bought the Computer from BestBuy with no WinXP disk
