Comment:

My monitor has a yellow tint on stuff that is at the bottom of the screen only if it does not spread across the rest of the screen. Also if I place a window in the bottom left corner of my screen or press click on start the yellow tint spreads to the right. I know that its not my graphics adapter. (I checked it on an extra monitor that has a 13" screen.) I think that it might have been damaged by the new speakers I just bought, but the company says that the satellites are shielded for use near monitors.
Please help.

Make sure anything with a magnet (e.g. speakers) are not nearby.

Have you dried degausing, which is normally a facility provided in the monitor's own menu.

Try the monitor on another pc, and see if the problem moves with it.

Good luck - keep us posted.
