hi,
im always installing my modem coz everytime I use my PC my modem was not detected "Not Present" status. even it was already installed properly using cd drivers.my modem is dlink dfm560el.tnx

You could have mentioned this is an external 56K modem, and that the model family is dfm 560el.
If this modem is always found as "Not Present"...
You must have an IRQ the modem can use available for the Com port you are plugging into before it will be detected. If you have two physical Com ports, try the other one (one may be available only if you connect wiring and a plate with a com port on it that installs at the end of a slot, wired to a mboard header).
One thing you can try -
If you aren't using both Com ports (even if you have only 1 physical one there are two in the bios), go into your bios and turn off the one Com port you aren't using there so that the standard IRQ assignment it normally uses can be used by other P&P devices. If your problem is sometimes the modem is found, sometimes it isn't, it is usually not a good idea to share an IRQ for a conventional modem with any other device, with the possible exception it is something built into the mboard. It may be easy or difficult to get other devices to use a different IRQ - if they are for a card in a slot, you could try moving the card to another slot. If you have two Com ports, try the modem in the other one. If you aren't using a PS/2 mouse, disable the PS/2 mouse support in your bios to free up IRQ 12 for use by other devices.
