a lady i work with accidentally pulled the entire video-card connector (on the board) completely off the motherboard. (she didn't realize you have to unscrew the monitor's connector... forgive her, she's a sweet 70 year old lady)... anyways... it's beyond repair.
i put a PCI video card in and it works fine until it boots. safe mode works fine all around. however, when i try to boot normally, it just boots, goes to the win xp splash-screen, then the screen just goes black, solid black.
any ideas how to get this thing working normally without replacing the entire motherboard?
