first time to building a pc was looking for a mobo \cpu and found this online Super fast Athlon XP2800+ processor mouted, configured and tested on a Gigabyte GA-7VA motherboard. Complete with heatsink & fan.
what do they mean by configured i thought all cpu,s were plug and play if i bought them seperatly from different sites what sort of configuration would i have to do....

does the mobo come with it?... if so then they might mean the bios configuration as in setting the proper fsb and multiplier...just a guess
