Hi,

I just tried to update my Mitac 6120N notebook with the latest bios ver. 1.11
I typed the command miflash ***.bin /u

Now the laptop is dead.

Is there any way to recover the bios?

I have the old version on a floppy disk.
I tried with the PIO boot block procedure, but the laptop doesn't even access to the floppy drive.

Can you help?
Thanks.

You can send it in for repair. They will install a new Bios chip.
