I accidentially spilt milk on my keyboard laptop. The mouse is still moving fine but I can not click on anything. My keyboard also isn't working whenever I click something. I can not even shut down my computer because the button won't respond at all. Someone please help me!

One would hope that you immediately turned the laptop upside down so that the liquid would run away from the inside of the computer where it could cause more damage.
You can shut down your computer. Disconnect the mains and remove the battery. Windows won't like it, but there are more important things to worry about.
Then you will need to look at removing the keyboard and cleaning or replacing it. This may require the assistance of a professional.
