I have problems with a headset with a built in mic. The volume when speaking into the mic is very low, even when setting the mic-volume in the sound-panel all the way up, and clicking mic-boost. I have the same problem with two other mic's. The sound card is an onboard cmedia on an asus motherboard. Everything else works fine. I had the same problem with my old computer and a SB16 soundcard. How to I get the mic volume higher?
