messed up computer

I sent in my mobo to get fixed and it came back and it was stil messed up. When you turn the power supply switch on, after a few seconds, the fans start to spin and the harddrive is being accessed,for half a sec. the whrn u turn it on it turns on sorta regurlary but there is no video. There is a kinda weird beep but i dont know qwhat is going on. PLEASE HELP!!!! -Thanx

Have you tried clearing the BIOS? There is usally a jumper for that on the board. Is the video on board, or a seperate card? If you know the mobo manufacturer and model then you might get some help at their website. Good luck.
